To whom it may concern, my name isScott Self and I contacted Central Valley Volkswagen this morning 01/12/12 regarding an oil change in my 2006 Volkswagen GTI. I was put in contact with Richard Cooper of the service department. I just want to say how happy I was with Mr. Cooper's Service he provided. He went over pricing with me for an oil change and told me I could bring the car in anytime and that they would take care of me. Once I was at the dealership Richard had already done some research on my vehicle and informed me that I had some safety recall that should be taken care on top of the oil change I called for. I asked Richard how he knew who I was and he told me that my phone number provided him with the information he needed as I was very impressed he had done this. Richard told me that the recalls would take an hour or so to finished and I said sure lets do it. I then met Trevor from the service department who was the mechanic that did the recall and oil change on my vehicle. Trevor also was very helpful with some questions I had with the 2012 GTI vs the 2006 GTI engine differences. I was very grateful for Trevor taking time out to explain the two different engine types which was very helpful to me. After I left the dealership I went home to check the oil level in my vehicle and as I opened up the hood I noticed the the plastic manifold was loose. I then called Richard Cooper to let him know that the manifold was loose. Richard again was very courteous and told me to bring the vehicle back and he would take care of it. So I went back to the dealership and contacted Richard. He contacted Trevor and Trevor was right on it. Apparently a bracket was loose and A bold was found on the enginge manifold which vibrated loose causing the bracket to fall off. Richard then contacted the service manager Greg Hayes. Greg came out to the vehicle and was extremely helpful in getting the problem fixed for me. Greg was very understanding and very professional about the whole situation and got the problem fixed. Greg was so kind to give me a free oil change on my next service which was unneeded but very impressive. I conclude this story by adding that I am now a very happy customer of VW Central Valley. Because of the awesome experience I had today I will definitly recommend this dealership to my friends and family on their next vehicle purchase.. Greg takes care of his customers!I am on purchase number 6 and intend on buying my next vehicle at Central Valley. The staff treats you with respect and deliver on promises. I highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Chris and Jon are fantastic!!They always have my best interest at hart and are looking out for what is best for me in the long run. The are the reason I drive from Sacramento ever time I need to have anything done on my car. I recommend them to all for my friends. They treat me like family!

Great time after time!I have always had a great experience with the sales staff and at the service department, they compliment each-other well. All of the times I have gone to the service department, I am always graciously greeted and well taken care of. Greg, the service manager has always been very helpful and informative. Greg goes out of his way to make sure I am always satisfied with my service. Greg and his staff keep me coming back.

The best service department!!If you own a VW this is the place for great service. I go to Central Valley VW for all my service needs mantiance and repairs! I am always very satisifed with the work perfomred and the honest service staff. Greg Hayes is an A+ manager and always greets me and makes sure all my needs are met and I am happy with my service. I always tell my friends to take their VWs to Central Valley to be serviced.

Excellent experience with top notch staff!!If it's not enough that their new VW facility is a top of the line store, their customer service and car knowledge is unrivaled. I stepped into the store on a Saturday with the intent to purchase a new vehicle. I was immediately assisted by John, who gave me fantastic and honest comparisons between cars. Everyone I encountered at the store was courteous and knowledgeable, making my decision to purchase a new VW a no brainer. This day and age, it is not enough to simply have customer service. You have to offer a full customer experience from start to finish. Central Valley VW Hyundai will not disappoint!!

Mr. Satisfied!I recently purchased two vehicles from Central Valley Dodge and Hyundai. I bought a new Hyundai santa fe and a used VW Jetta. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by the sales associate Kevin McNeill and the entire Central Valley Automotive staff. I am also impressed with the affordability of the service dept. and the courtesy shuttle is always a big help!!! Thank you!

Excellent ServiceThis dealership is the only dealership in the Central Valley with experienced staff that i have dealt with. I bought my Ram 2500 6 months ago, and everything from my sale experience, to the service department is great! When i was in the market for my Ram, i shopped all of northen carlifornia for the cheapest price and no one could compete with their price.
