They put the wrong oil in my diesel motor and said it was the oil used in all diesels beware. They changed from the correct oil used for years when went to this new smaller facility. They replaced with correct oil did not even apologize or even offer to pay for my towing it back to their shop. Travis is the worst service manager ever .Greg Hines was a asset to Volkswagen unfortunately he retired. He was a smart and great service manager .I was a loyal customer for 28 years never again thanks to this Travis guy!!! He was not even man enough to return any of my emails.

Just finished working with Kenny at CV VW and he demonstrated all the skills one should expect for excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant & extremely helpful. This was my first purchase of an electric vehicle and he fully explained the ins/outs and directed me to external resources to ensure I had a home charging system. I have never spent this kind of money on a VW, but the experience was well worth the investment. Kenny is clearly an asset to CV VW.

Tried to reach the service department at 3:40 on Friday, no answer, left a message. Called back for the operator and was was asked for an extension and then since I didn’t have any they hung up, same thing happened while I called back again to check the business hours. Called the parts department and someone answered and he transferred me to the service department and someone picked up. Service techs and advisors do a great job, but the people who answer the phones and those who set up the answering system need some help.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer. Brought my car to the diagnosis of one, and they did something completely different. But, on top of that, something was stolen from the car. I emailed the dealer but never received a response.

Have tried calling service desk multiple times and no one picks up. Have tried chat function and no one responds either. Have left voicemail for call back and have not heard back. Have full maintenance warrantee but it has been very difficult to arrange.
